somatic yoga workshop

Book

led by catherine escamilla

Move mindfully. Release deeply. Reconnect from within.

Join us for a special 90-minute Somatic Yoga experience designed to help you soften, slow down, and feel more at ease in your body. Blending gentle yoga with somatic movement — a practice that invites you to sense and move the body from within — this class offers a nervous system reset through slow, intentional movement done lying down and seated on your mat.

Somatics works with the brain-to-body connection to release deeply held tension and improve mobility, awareness, and ease. Through this mindful, intentional approach, we also stimulate and thicken the prefrontal cortex — the part of the brain responsible for focus, concentration, awareness, and decision-making. This practice not only relieves the body but supports mental clarity and emotional regulation as well.

You’ll also be guided through a simple daily Cat Stretch routine you can begin to integrate into your own self-care rituals — a powerful way to create lasting change and resilience over time.

Expect a peaceful atmosphere, thoughtful guidance, and plenty of props and support. This class is fully adaptable and welcomes all bodies and levels of experience.

Let go of tension. Unwind from within. Come home to yourself.

Aries Season Ritual & Workshop

led by Liz Merci

Saturday March 21st,

4pm — 6pm

$35 per person

It’s Time to Begin Again!
Join Liz for a potent ritual and workshop marking the very start of the astrological new year — the season of Aries! As the first sign of the zodiac, Aries carries the purest “fresh start” energy there is: bold, electric, and unstoppable. Ruled by Mars and symbolized by the Ram, this fire sign ignites our drive, courage, and desire to forge a new path forward. As the snow thaws and the days grow longer, Aries reminds us that something within us is ready to emerge and come alive.

This gathering will be part astrology workshop and part cosmic ritual. Liz will guide the group through the foundations of Aries energy — its themes of identity, vitality, courage, the ego, personal will, new beginnings, and the body — and help you locate Aries in your own birth chart to understand how this energy is personally at work in your life right now.
Our time together will include journaling, tarot, embodiment practices such as yin and restorative yoga, meditation, breathwork, and a final visualization to close.

You’ll have plenty of space to take notes, reflect and connect to the ways Aries is showing up in your world so you can move through this season with intention and awareness. Everyone has Aries somewhere in their chart — come learn, explore, and ignite the cardinal fire within.

Yamuna Body Rolling® is a unique self-care body work which uses patented balls of various sizes and densities to knead out body tension and tightness. The balls provide direct bone density stimulation, elongation and alignment of muscles, immediate feedback of where we are stuck, and a feeling of spaciousness in our joints. Yamuna Body Rolling® routines are helpful to release tension, break up fascial adhesions, lengthen and tone muscles and energize the whole body. No prior experience needed and pre-registration is encouraged so we have enough balls.
