Gentle Aerial sequence focused on unwinding the body and relaxing the mind. Yin style yoga in the hammock and on the mat followed by guided intention setting & deeper rest in yoga nidra & savasanna. This is perfect for anyone wanting gentle aerial yoga in the hammock, & beginners are welcome in this comfortable class. There is an alternative mat option for every aerial posture & you can go back and forth between floating and grounded as your body and heart desire!

Wear layers since your body may cool down during rest.

Plan to remove watches and jewelry with catches & hooks for aerial yoga.

Aerial Decompression is sequenced from feet on the ground to feet in the air. Move, breathe, & swing with shoulder, chest & back openers, twists, core strengthening, inversions & rest in the hammock. Physical benefits may include spinal decompression, increased range of movement, circulatory, lymphatic, & endocrine system stimulation. Emotional effects may include building trust, confidence & self awareness, overcoming fears, increasing energetic flow & feelings of well being.

Join Jess Owen for 75 minutes of guided restorative yoga postures using plenty of blankets, bolsters, blocks, and eye pillows, if desired. Release tension and focus on easy breath with optional Reiki hands on or hands off assists from Jess (Reiki II).

Surround yourself in the aerial silk or ground with comfortable bolsters and blankets & immerse in winter themed music selected and performed by Kate Beever. Robin will offer gentle touch reiki, swing your suspended hammock, and offer simple guidance for movement & comfort during the concert.

Kate and her vibraphone take you on a magical, musical journey and allows for moments of stillness, as this season calls for.
