Influenced by a lifetime of movement, Sara built the foundation for her personal Yoga and Pilates practices over almost two decades in New York City. Studying and practicing with some of the world’s best instructors has given her a lifetime of inspiration.
Sara is dedicated to the pursuit of health and wellness through multiple modalities; as a certified Pilates and yoga instructor and a Natural Gourmet Foods Chef and Health Counselor.
Sara has completed over 600 hours of comprehensive Pilates training in NYC and finished her 200 hour yoga teacher training through the Maine Yoga School in 2019. I enjoy bringing a deep core awareness and connection from my Pilates background to my classes; building a fun, flowing and sweaty class based in alignment, breath and attention to the little details. I aim for students of all levels to have a good time moving in class, building the physical and mental skills to help them both in and out of the studio. I believe movement should feel good, a lesson I learn continually from my greatest teacher, my 6 year-old daughter.
