Emilie has been practicing yoga on and off since her early 20’s. She found yoga helped calm all her fiery Aries energy and allowed her to develop strong mindfulness practices. As she continued to develop her personal practice, several years ago she took the leap to become a certified yoga teacher. Since she’s been teaching she has gravitated towards teaching slower paced Gentle Flow + Yin Yoga style classes. She thrives on bringing mindful presence and transformation through her yoga classes to those who are seeking harmony in their physical and energetic bodies. Her classes are intuitively led, grounding, and bridge the spiritual with the physical.
Emilie’s intention behind each class is that you feel more grounded, connected, and balanced. Her classes are accessible to every body because she believes anyone at any age should feel balanced, healthy, and capable.
