I started teaching Yoga in 2011 after having practiced for over 10 years and experiencing deep and transformative changes in my own mind, body and soul.

I have been a mental health nurse for over 30 years and I understand the powerful influence of practices like Yoga, meditation and mindfulness on the nervous system. This is why when you take classes with me you will hear me talk about how the different poses, breath and intention can help you settle anxious feelings as well as improve a low mood.


My classes are filled with a mix of mindful movement and alignment principles as well as attention to the mind; reframing thoughts and how to step into your own power.

I have over 1000 hours of certifications in Yoga and meditation as well as being a Reiki II practitioner and Intuitive Astrologer offering Soul Purpose Readings and coaching/mentoring. My goals are to help you to feel CONNECTED to your body, experience a CALM mind, CLARITY of purpose in your life and COURAGE to slay those dragons that keep pursuing you!
