CHRIS JONES

Chris was first introduced to yoga through meditative and mindfulness practices and has seen it shift how he relates to himself and the world around him.  He has been practicing yoga for 3+ years and as a teacher strives to create a nurturing atmosphere where all people feel safe to explore the deepest layers of self.  As a student, he is interested in all forms of yoga, especially enjoying the benefits of slow flow, restorative, and alignment focused classes. Classes that cater to the uniqueness of every body and adapt to them as necessary.  He aims to bring these same qualities to his own classes. He is an advocate for mental health & wellness and believes in the healing power yoga brings to the mind and body. He enjoys just about anything that gets him outside and completed the Appalachian Trail this past fall.
