Our directors are united by their love of yoga. Clear, compassionate communicators, they are dedicated to empowering every person to find their own unique voice. They share decades of combined study, and each offers her own lived understanding of practice. In addition to Lily Dougher (studio owner, nurse and E-RTY 300hr yoga instructor), and other senior Breathing Room teachers, we host nationally and locally recognized guest teachers who bring years of wisdom, clarity, and richness to the subjects we study. The combination forms a caring, knowledgeable net of support for your evolution as a practitioner and teacher of yoga.
